Scraping sound coming from the front passenger side tire?

While driving I noticed my car was making a scraping sound from the front passenger tire and it would feel like I’m hitting a bump every once in a while. I also looked at the wheelhouse for that tire and noticed liquid around it. I have no idea what could be causing this.

It sounds like a caliper mounting bolt has come loose and is missing, I would raise the car and remove the tire to inspect it, you might need a rebuilt caliper with now mounting bolts. Read through both first before you begin.
