How do i check for the problem code po412 and where is the location of the air injection pump relay control circuit in a 2000 Buick regal 3.8 v6

Attached are instructions for the two diagnostic codes and troubleshootting them. I have included the PCM wiring diagrams that they refer to. The diagram, 2of4, has the secondary air injection system in the top right of the diagram.
