when I let off the gas, the engine begins to chirp

I have a 2000 Buick Park Avenue 3.8 that has a chirping sound in the engine compartment that I only here when I lift my foot off the accelerator at any speed.

Can you pinpoint the chirping sound? Does it sound like a serpentine belt squeal? Visually inspect the belt and tensioner. Without further information, this may be a tricky one to help you with.
