My 2000 Buick feels like it's going over little ripples (bububububump)in like 30 (or less) second increments. Fuel pump was recently replaced and rear wheel baring was replaced at least a year or more ago. The auto gauge is saying "Tire pressure low" but tire have been checked. Oh and when I let someone use my car, he said he had to replace the air valve.

Have the tires checked for balance.
Check the shocks and struts for leaks.
Perform the 'jounce' test. Push down firmly on one corner of the vehicle with your knee or foot and let it go. If the car bounces more than twice, you need shocks. Do this on all 4 corners.
