Electrical problem
2000 Buick Century Automatic 44,000 miles
When we turn our wipers on intermitant, they will either stop part way back down or they will go continuously. When we shut them off, they will keep going 3 or 4 more strokes. Then after they've parked it often sounds like we have a gieger counter under the dash board till we shut the car off. Is there a bad connection somewhere or a control module that needs to be replaced?
