Why does my 2000 BMW Z3 roaster have Trouble codes 1397,1100,and 0004?
I have a 2000 BMW Z3 roadster 2.8 v6 that had a hole in the air pressure hose. The service engine soon light turned on and i had an idle surge. So I looked in my manual and it says that the service engine light is when there is a fault in the emissions. Since i had a idle surge i figured that i had a cracked hose. SO i looked and found the air pressure hose had a hole so i replaced it. The light turned off so i figured that was it. After a day the light turned on again. I checked for codes and got the 1397,1100,and 0004. Where these codes related to my air leak? or do i have more problems and it these don't relate how and what do i test to find the reason for these codes?
