Barely idles and bogs when i give it gas

Good morning.

This could either be low fuel pressure from a failing fuel pump or a clogged catalytic converter not allowing the motor to breathe.
The fuel pressure needs to be checked. if you do not have a tester you can rent one at a parts store.
To check the catalytic converter, you also need a tool called a back pressure tester. you remove the O2 sensor and insert the tool and measure the back pressure.
