Can a clogged pcv valve be the cause of engine producing bluish white smoke out exhaust. If so is it easy to be replaced? I know on the older B-23 240 series it had a problem similuar and it was an easy fix.

No, I don't believe that would cause it. As far as replacement, it is on the intake manifold and is held on with two bolts. Not that hard to replace.

If you are getting blue smoke, that sounds like you are burning oil. However, white smoke usually indicates coolant is getting into the combustion chamber and burning. The most common cause for the white smoke is coolant getting past a bad head gasket.
