with 204,000 miles, excellent well taken cared of, recently changed the timing belt and now is telling me that I have a bad cylinder (#3) there is no compression, heard from the dealer to replace the engine,anything else that I can do?

a cylinder leak test is needed to determine reason of failure
or the cause of no compression
with over 200k miles on and with a dad cylinder
best is to have the engine replaced
