i have a 1999 volvo s80 that will almost stop running , just like its running out of gas aand then it will run normal anyone have and ideas? where is the fuel filter and where can i get a paperback repair manual

You can get a repair manual at any parts store. They may have to order it. As far as the problem, go to our homepage under DIY section. Look up check fuel pump pressure and check yours. Chances are you have a weak pump. As far as the fuel filter, it is under vehicle on the passenger side, below rear seating area, mounted on frame rail in fuel line
