when unlocking,the buttons pop up on the doors but only 3 will open..the drivers door will not open even though the button is up.

The door lock actuator is broken or there is a vacuum / pressure leak (if vacuum / pressure operated).
Does the driver door LOCK when lock is pressed?
We don't have the Polo in North America (USA / Canada).
