While idling, my 5 speed, standard, 1.8L rpm's varies about 150rpm. Ever since I disconnected the battery, and replaced the ignition switch. Do I need to reset something.

The ECM lost its "learned" idle setting... it will re-learn on its own or use a scan tool to run a Throttle Adaptation.

Disconnecting battery causes the computer to lose memories -you need to the drive vehicle to enable ECM to relearn driveability.
