i have a 1999 volkswagon Jetta and the dome lights, power windows and blower motor quit working at the same time. Could this be a fuse or a relay?

It could be the fuses or Comfort System Central Control Module for the power window and dome lights not working.

For blower motor, check the fuses and motor fan operations.
