There should be 2 or 3 lines going to the filter, each line will have it's on push-clip. What you do is push the clip/tab inward as you pull the line away from the filter. Be careful because fuel will come out!

There should also be a clamp around the filter, loosen the clamp until the filter can be pulled out.
