my check engine light came on and started blinking my car started acting like it was not getting gas, I reved up the engine a few time (like was still blinking) then it was running rough. then all of a sudden the car starts running just fine it clears up and light stops blinking but stays on. Please help I'm very confused how it straightens itself out and runs like nothing happened.
