rear brake disc-rotor

I want to know the removal procedure for my rear rotors. I can get the front just fine. Can u help? And I am wondering if they a one piece?

Done all that and still have not been successful in removing it

You will just have to give it a good old whack with a soft hammer, it will be stuck on the studs.
