1999 camry p0171

I have 99 camry 4 cyl that has been sitting about 21 months just cleaned and painted it getting it ready to drive. the problem is i get a p0171 code and it stinks. i replaced the o2 and ect sensors also put new fuel filter in. cleaned the throttle body with intake cleaner. used drygas and injector cleaner. just checked the fuel pressure and it is 51 psi while engine is running. my pump does not come on when i fist turn the key accessory my booksaid it should run for 2 seconds. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks Kidd

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1.Vacuum leaks
2.EGR and PCV valve.
3.Low fuel pressure.
4.Dirty fuel injectors.
5.Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6.Oxygen Sensor.

i was hoping for a more precise answer or better info to look for. my book gave me these answers but i could not track them down. i don't believe i have vacuum leaks beacause there were no obvious issuesand i passed unlit propane torch along all the lines. would the injectors shoot a code of their own? maybe computer issue? does fuel pump described in first post sound ok?

Fuel pump sounds fine. It only comes on with the key in the "On' or 'Run' positions.
With the engine running, spray carburetor cleaner along all vacuum lines, around the throttle body, along the airbox and inlet hoses, and where the intake manifold meets the head. That'll tell you about vacuum leaks.
Make sure the air filter is clean and the air inlet isn't obstructed.
A lean condition can be caused by a faulty or overly dirty fuel injector. Having sat for 21 months, the varnish that builds up on injectors could have hardened to an extreme point. Run a couple of bottles of quality fuel system cleaner (my favorite is Techron), through the fuel system.
With the engine cool, feel around the exhaust manifold to head mating area for leaks with the engine running. Also checks for leaks in the exhaust flanges before the O2 sensor.
Other than the odor, how does it run?
