Truck wont start without boost. New battery installed. Starter will make fast clicking noise but wont engage engine. Changed starter and starter relay. None of these have fixed issue. Truck operates as normal but wont start without boost. What areas can I investagate next.

Check the charging of the alternator. Ensure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Check the ground circuit cable connection, try installing a jumper cable between battery negative post and a good ground on engine/transmission to test.
