The engine idles at 650 RPMs and a little rough?

My Subaru when fully warm idles at 650 rpm and a little rough. I changed the fuel pressure regulator, plugs, wires and coil. Sometimes the idle comes down to 600 rpm can you steer me in the right direction. Thank you

Is the yellow check engine light on? When was the last full service tune up? Air and fuel, PCV done?
