leak seat inca radiator how do you access the radiator through the dash?

Trying to figure out how to get at the radiator through the dash of my van. There's water coming into the van from what i'm guessing is the two pipes that come off the radiator and control the heat in the van. I have had a car up until recently and do a bit of mechanic work but am at a loss with this and don't want to rip the dash out if I can avoid it. Thanks
