My son's wagon does not start. It appears to be an electrical problem. The dash lights, headlamps, window motor, running lights, gauges, all fuses, all relays and blinkers work. The battery is good removed and tested. Here is what doesn't work starter, locks, dome light, warning bell, radio, cig lighter, and trunk release lever. When you turn the key it clicks but does not turn over, the clicking is from the relay under the passenger kick panel.
