My son's wagon does not start. It appears to be an electric problem but we are at a loss at to the cause, here is what works -dash lites, headlamps, window motor, running lights, gauges, all fuses, all relays work blinkers work, battery is good removed and tested. We replaced the ignition cylinder no help. Here is what doesn't work Starter, locks dome lite fuel pump (relay works) warning bell does not work, radio, cig lighter, trunk release lever, start cylanoid, and the key fob. when you turn the key it clicks but does not turn over,
