hearing noise most of the time when we accelerate

I have a Saturn SL2 mod.1999 w/180.Km am - Whenever we ease of so does the noise ,when parked w/hood open I don't hear it.

Do you hear it when you raise the RPM with it in Park? If not, it's transmission-related. What does it sound like?

Just to add to this one can you only hear the noise in fourth gear while giving it gas?If so then you have a output shaft bearing failing in the transmission.
