My problem is that my car won't turn over, no noise, and no clicking. I have a fresh battery in it, also no leaks from the starter. Could you help me figure out why my car won't turn over?

Most likely its a bad starter do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

Thank you for the reply but I do not ha a multi meter to do some testing. I just bought a starter to replace it. So hopefully this problem will be fixed.

You can get a multi meter for less then 10 I hope the starter works.Let me know how it turns out.
