My car had been running weekly before it died in the carport.
I couldn't smell fuel at the intake, so I replaced the fuel pump and filter. It wouldn't start and again I couldn't detect fuel at the engine. I removed and replaced the 15amp fuse during the repair but couldn't find a relay labeled fuel pump. I've removed the tank and unit again to find any problems.
Is it possible to fully insert the fuel lines into the wrong port?
Dose the pressure line run into the filter?
Is there an easy way to tell if the fuel pump is energized other then the engine starting?
