whenever i step on the gas and reach a speed of 100km/h and above the whole dashboard starts vibrating so hard it feel like the steering wheel is going to come off.

What have you tried so far? The logical place to start is by having the tires balanced, but your mechanic will also check them for a broken belt, bent wheel, sticking brake, and things like that. It's also a good idea to have the steering and suspension systems inspected periodically at a tire and alignment shop.
