Hey my Pontiac Sunfire - Could this be an anti theft issue? When I was driving it home from the place i bought it from, the heater didnt work and the temperature was fluctuating from yellow to middle range. I showed it to the friend and took it around the block, then shut the car off to let it cool down so that I could address the heating issue.
I added antifreeze, and the car accepted all of it. I tried to turn it on to see if the heater would work, but the car wouldnt start. It turned over but it wouldnt start. The anti-theft light is on and I wondered if this had anything to do with it. I also can hear the fuel pump running, so I was wondering if this could be an electrical issue or if I am not getting spark.
