have a 1999 Pontiac montana code p0306 misfire detected.wires new fuel filter in and still the same. engine light comes on blinking dont know what else to do. should i change the fuel injector?

not yet. blinking means there is unburnt fuel in the exhaust. this means the injector is working.

i would look at the coil or the module. verify spark is getting to the plug. make sure there is compression there as well.
