Noise of air escaping from a line

I have the following question, on the line that ends in the PCV, at the middle of this line there is a point where the line is joined to the metal part of the air intake. (please refer to my attached picture took from your site).
This is making a noise that air is escaping from there.
When I press down, the noise reduces significantly, but the engine goes down in RPM a bit.
Does this need to be replaced? How can I do this? How can may car be affected?
How can I ask for this at the auto parts store?

the bracket for the accelarator cables is the hold down.

part only from the dealer and it is cheap and yes, you can do it

But the line is making a noise like air escaping from there, I dont think is a bracket.
When I press it the noise stops.
I will try to post a real pic of this, to see if this match your answer.

i know exactly what you mean. the rubber portion of the vacuum line is worn out and the line must be replaced. the bracket holds it down securely

You are absolutely right. So I can go to the auto parts and ask for the full vacuum line, right?

no, you can go to the dealer and get the vacuum line
