I found water Leak under the dashboard by the side driver, I thinking the heater coal is broke and need to be replace, I need to have information and instructions on how to remove the compleat dashboard to have acces at the heater coal

Are you sure it is coolant that is leaking or could it just be water from the AC? As far as removal of the dash board, you need to get a good repair manual that has step by step instructions. For me to try to explain this would allow too much room for error.
