a cloud of white smoke from the exhaust that smells of gas?

I have changed the ignition coils and top of ignition over boots and engine starts fine but have a cloud of white smoke from the exhaust that smells of gas. any ideas what else it could be?

Sounds to us like a blown head gasket or cracked/warped head or a leaking intake manifold gasket.
