what would cause the van to act like it is not getting fuel

While driving it will act like it is not getting fuel. Had the fuel pump checked and mechanic said it was fine. Had spark plugs, wiring and fuel filter replaced

scanfor codesfirst, then try cleaning throttle plate with chokecleaner on both sides. also put a vacuum gauge on intake and check for a clogged converter. if it's 15" or below@ idle then it may be
