1999 Mitsubishi Montero battery and brake light

When I am driving the brake and battery lights will come on. At night my head lights will flicker and the instrument cluster gets really bright. How do I fix this?

check belt and tensioner it may be worn out recommended replacement is 60k also make sure battery terminal ends are clean.
