all electrical power

1999 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE

for what reason would my 1999 mitsubishi eclipse loose all electrical power. all of the fuses arer good and I replaced the ignition switch and still have no electrical power. the battery is brand new also.

The power originates from the fusible links before it goes anywhere within the vehicle
