Hello, my car doesn't function the ff... wiper, dashboard light (even the head lights are ON), front fan (even the air conditioner turned on and mid fan are functioning)? What should I check first before I go to car repair shop?

You'd better define "doesn't function". That doesn't tell us anything at all.
