i have a 1999 mercury sable and sometimes when i start off it sorta jumps advance auto parts said it was my plugs

Has the check engine light come on? Based on what they told you, it sounds like the engine has a miss. Is that the case or does it feel more like a slight hesitation a bang and then take off?
