where is the feul reset switch on a 99 mystique?

Do you mean the "Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) Switch" or the "Fuel Pump Relay"?

The Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) Switch is located behind the trunk release lever and behind the plastic panel.

The fuel pump relay is located int the fuse box.
