gauge needles would flicker up and down

I have a 99 ml430 when I bought it I noticed the gauge needles would flicker up and down every time I turned the key on and off but only for a few seconds then they were normal I noticed one day after I filled the tank the inside light and the whole cluster gauge was not working.

What needle is flickering? -put it on the detail section and be short and specific

All of the cluster needle do it for a few seconds

All the needles jumped for a few seconds and made a clicking sound for a few seconds every time ignition is turned on or off

Now nothing on cluster works the gauges amd odometer are out and fuse f13 keeps blowing its for cluster an diagnostic

Bring her in and have it checked with the dealership- you have a short circuit causing it-where? dunno-could be the I/P cluster itself
