Upon pushing the button to raise the interior rear shade, the shade/curtain raised up. However, the button will not work to lower the shade/curtain and is stuck in the raised position.

Also, the power windows along with the sunroof has difficulty going up, stalls, gets stuck and moves a cm at a time.

Check the grounds, fuses, and relays for the systems in question. Make sure there are no obstructions in the gear train for the rear shade, as well as no broken gear teeth. Make sure the window and sunroof mechanisms are moving freely. Use some light lubricant to be sure.
