antifreeze in my washer reservoir

just finished replacing radiator,filled up with antifreeze and maybe put to much fluid in,im not sure.but then all of a sudden my windshield washer reservoir tank was full of antifreeze.can you tell me why or what to do to fix or avoid another episode of it!
