Replace the vapor canister on a 1999 mazda protege

Dunno if you're replacing it or the problem here

Remove the charcoal canister.
Plug ports A and C, then blow air into port B.
Verify that there is no air leakage from the case. If not as specified, replace the charcoal canister.
