have a mazda protoge 1999. car runs fine then down shifts and over drive light comes on and flashes. then foot is alll the way down on the accelerator, may be going 5 miles and hour. because at the same time the odometer goes to ). When suddenly kicks in car shifts and speed works. what is wrong?
