Why my truck turns on but wont start.

I replaced the solenoid and the starter. I also checked the starter relay under the hood. It is still good. Where could the problem be? If the key turns on the trucks electronics and to the relays and it wont start is that a wire issue? I have a toggle switch (redneck) on the solenid now to start it. Please help Im lost.
