99 towncar will turn over but wont start- you dont hear fuel pump, but dealer says pcu has no power to it any idea whats wrong- dealer labor is killing me and these worked 4 hrs before-we moved the vehicle and then it wouldn't-dealer said key lost its program,called locksmith,he couldn't get it to take so he tried to delete original program from keys and couldn't delete-said this had only happened 1 other time in 35 yrs. dealer has it now and said pcu isnt showing it has any power to it but they dont know where or what to start looking for/at!
