my sunroof won't close all the way.
dealer says I need a new motor cost $ 600 plus labor approx 1200
I can buiy a used notor on ebay for 4110
and have a small mechanic install it.
where is the motor located.

Removal & Installation

1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove map light. Remove rear seat, sun visors and assist grips. Remove scuff plates at floor, near front and rear door openings. Remove door opening trim from all doors. Remove pillar garnishes and rear lights. See Fig. 8 . Remove 3 clips and fastening tape from headliner. Slide headliner rearward and remove it. Remove garnishes from around sun roof opening.

2. Remove 4 sun roof glass nuts. Pull sun roof glass upward to remove it. Remove sun roof motor and drive assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure.
