My a/c was making a loud noise and just stop blowing. It does not blow or come on anymore.

Sounds like the blower motor is fried. They aren't difficult to replace. I would recommend a Chilton or Haynes Motor Manual for your car to help you. They walk you through the process step by step and give you excellent drawings and photographs.
