my 1999 kia sportage jus stopped goin in to reverse when it became cold does my trans mission jus need to be flushed?

No, a flushing won't fix a problem like this. Any check engine light? If so, scan comp and send me the codes. Other than that, you could check shift linkages, all electrical wiring/contacts from comp to tranny. You'll probably have to take it in for service unless you can rebuild a tranny yourself.
