on a 1999 Kia Sephia, could a broke front exhaust pipe cause the car to idle rough in Drive?

a bad motor mount usually causes the pipe to break and a broken motor mount can cause a rough idle
Chances are no, but it could if the leak is bad enough to cause an O2 sensor to misread the exhaust. Truly, I doubt that is the problem.
