Engine will not rev above 3,000RPMs

Hello,
Have you had any resent repair or service performed?
Any other drivability issues?
Keep in mind that the vehicle will not rev past 3,000 RPMs in park.
It is possible that you will have to do a hard reset.
Disconnect both the positive and negative battery cables, wait for at least one minute. Then touch both of the cables together (careful not to let the cables touch the battery).
After that connect the battery and see if that fixed the issue.
