I cannot get my trunk to close how do I fix/

I already could not open my trunk with the latch inside my car. Yesterday I removed my battery to replace my low beam bulb. after putting my battery back in I discovered I couldn't close my trunk.

Check fuse no.22 in fuse block left side of I/P, also the lid opener actuator at center rear of trunk and the cancel switch
